Do you love to cook and have a favorite recipe to
share?? The Friends of the Dublin Library are collecting recipes to publish a Dublin Library Community Cookbook. The cookbook will be available in April, 2013 to commemorate the Library?s 10th anniversary at?its' Civic Center location.
The Friends are collecting recipes of all kinds; appetizers, main dishes, soups & salad, desserts, cookies and candy.?? People can submit their favorite recipe online at www.typensave.com.? Simply enter the login ?Dublin Friends? and the password ?potato569? and type in your
recipe.? The cookbook is limited to 200 recipes accepted on a ?first come, first used? basis.? The deadline for submitting a recipe is November 5, 2012.? Duplicate recipes may be eliminated so feel free to submit more than one recipe in more than one category.
The cookbook will also feature artwork by Dublin students who participated in a cookbook art contest during the summer of 2012.?Kids of all ages were invited to submit a
design for one of the cookbook?s divider pages. Entries were accepted from June 11, 2012 to July 20, 2012. Voting was open to the public and took place on August 1, 2012 in the library rotunda. There were seven winning designs, one in each of seven categories. Check out the winning entries below!
